2. Return Eligibility

You may return products within 14 calendar days of receiving them if the following conditions are met:

• The product is unused and unworn
• The original ThoSay packaging is intact and undamaged
• All original tags, certificates, and documents are included
• The item has not been customized, engraved, or resized
• The product shows no signs of damage or wear

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

• Personalized or engraved jewelry
• Jewelry with custom size adjustments
• Products that show signs of wear, damage, or use
• Items missing original packaging, certificates, or invoice
• Returns submitted without prior written notice or form completion

4. How to Return a Product

To start a return, please follow these steps:

• Notify us by email at contact@thosay.com
  within 14 days of delivery
• Complete the return request form provided via email
• Package the product securely in its original ThoSay box
• Include all accompanying documents: invoice, authenticity certificate, warranty
  card
• Send the item back using a reputable courier with tracking
• Keep your proof of shipment until your return is confirmed

5. Return Conditions

All returns must meet the following requirements:

• Product is in original condition with no signs of use
• All protective elements and packaging are intact
• Documentation such as authenticity and warranty certificates is included
• The return shipment is properly secured and labeled

6. Refund Information

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase
• The return must first be approved by our quality control team
• Evaluation is completed within 48 business hours of receiving the item
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of return approval
• Return shipping costs are not covered by ThoSay and remain the customer’s
  responsibility
